Miles for Mimosas 5K - Cold Springs Winery
The Miles for Mimosas 5K takes place at Cold Springs Winery in Hammett, Idaho. This event features a course that runs through the vineyard, utilizing grass and cross-country style terrain. Participants can choose between several participation options:
- 5K
- Virtual 5K
- Sip & Stroll
The 5K event is chip-timed at both the start and finish lines. Self-serve water stations are positioned approximately every 1.5 miles along the route. For those who prefer a non-competitive experience, the Sip & Stroll division provides the same amenities as the standard 5K but without distance requirements or competitive awards. A virtual option is also available for those who wish to complete their run at a location of their choice and submit their times online by the end of the race day.
Finishers receive a themed shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a mimosa at the finish line. Competitive awards are presented for the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as several masters categories and five-year age groups ranging from 10 & under to 80+.
