Miles for Mimosas 5K - Lindsay Creek
The Miles for Mimosas 5K takes place at Lindsay Creek Vineyards in Lewiston, Idaho. This event combines physical activity with a social atmosphere, featuring a course that traverses the grass and cross-country style terrain typical of a vineyard setting. Participants can choose between several participation options:
- 5K
- Virtual 5K
- Sip & Stroll
The 5K and Sip & Stroll events are held on-site, with the Virtual 5K option allowing participants to complete their run at a location of their choice and submit their times digitally. The Sip & Stroll category offers the same amenities as the standard race but without distance requirements or competitive awards. The on-site course includes self-serve water stations located approximately every 1.5 miles.
Participants who register by the specified deadline are guaranteed a race-themed shirt in their size. All finishers receive a custom medal and a complimentary mimosa, while juice and water are available for those under the age of 21.
The event recognizes top performers with awards for the top three male and female finishers in the overall category, as well as in the Master, Grand Master, and Senior Master divisions. Additionally, awards are presented to the top three finishers in traditional five-year age groups, ranging from 10 and under to over 80.
