Miles for Meals 5K Run/Walk
The 17th Annual Miles for Meals 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Fun Run is organized by the Coastal Bend Food Bank and takes place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Water's Edge Park along the Corpus Christi bayfront. The event features both a main distance and a shorter fun run for children.

All proceeds from the event benefit the CBFB Kids' Backpack Program. That program provides bags of nutritious food to students identified as food insecure, with each backpack distributed to designated students every Friday during the school year.
