Milano Marathon 2027
The Milano Marathon returns to the center of Milan on April 4, 2027. The event includes several running distances and formats to accommodate a wide range of participants, from individual marathoners to relay teams and families. The course covers 42.195 km through the city, passing through iconic locations and featuring cheering points and DJ sets along the route.
The event consists of multiple categories:
- Marathon: A full distance of 42.195 km through the heart of Milan.
- Relay Marathon: A team-based relay race focused on the Charity Program.
- Family Run: A 4 km non-competitive run held on April 3, 2027.
- Dog Run: A dedicated event for participants running with their dogs.
The Charity Program is a central component of the weekend, allowing runners to support one of the 154 registered non-profit organizations. Participants can choose to run the full marathon or the relay specifically to raise funds for a chosen cause.
The Family Run takes place primarily within the City Life area. It starts at via Arona and finishes at the Velodromo Maspes-Vigorelli. This particular race is organized in collaboration with OPES and serves a social purpose, with half of the registration fee being returned to schools in the form of materials or donated to educational sport projects.
