Mifflinburg 5Keg Race
The Mifflinburg 5Keg Race is the second annual community 5K event held in Mifflinburg Community Park on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The event offers a single race distance of 5K and is presented as part of Oktoberfest activities in the park.
Registration options include an online deadline that guarantees a race shirt and in-person registration available on race day. Fee tiers listed by the organizer are: $35 with a shirt and a drink package (choice of a glass stein with first beer for participants over 21 or a plastic stein with unlimited birch beer), $20 without a shirt or drink package, and $30 on race day with the stein package but no shirt.
All participants over 21 receive a wrist band, a glass stein, and a first beer ticket for Oktoberfest; participants under 21 receive a plastic stein and birch beer. Race packets are distributed at the ticket office on race day. Bottles of water are provided at the conclusion of the race.
Awards are presented during the Oktoberfest awards ceremony in the park, with Overall Male and Female first place honors plus male and female age-group awards for 1st through 3rd places. Race results are posted online immediately following the event.
