Meulenwald-Föhren-Lauf

Website

The Meulenwald-Föhren-Lauf, formerly known as the Bendersbachtallauf, is a popular friendship run organized by LG Meulenwald Föhren. Established in 2009, it has grown to become the largest friendship run in the region. The event features various distances, including a scenic 22 km main run, a 10 km Bischof-Milo run, a 10 km walking event, and a 15 km Teschermännchen run.

The course takes participants through beautiful landscapes, including forests and valleys. The event emphasizes camaraderie over competition, and there are no timing measurements. Facilities for changing and showering are available, along with an after-run gathering. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
