Event details

METRIX London is scheduled for 07.02.26 at Magazine, LDN on the Greenwich Peninsula. Competition format

Teams compete across five stations: Ski Erg, Burpee Over Line, Row Erg, Bike Erg and Sled Push & Shuttle Run. At each station teams have 10 minutes to accumulate as many metres, reps or lengths as possible. Teams must work in a you-go-I-go format, so one partner works while the other rests.
