Bibs are personal and nontransferable; the chip is fixed to the bib and should not be folded or covered. Guardar-volumes buses will be available near the start areas for each distance and will transport bags to the arrival area; valuables and loose items should not be left in the service.
There are two registration categories with listed prices: Básica (R$ 120 plus fees) and Premium (R$ 400 plus fees). The Premium registration includes a front starting position, a premium backpack and cap, while Básica includes standard race kit items and a finisher medal. The event publishes a regulation document and maintains an athlete service channel for queries and accreditation procedures for the press.
