Event overview
This community ride and walk brings together bike enthusiasts and families to celebrate and remember a young woman who endured many physical challenges and to raise funds for Nine13sports. The event honors her life and positive spirit while supporting youth bicycling programs.
This year the event offers marked routes for a 20 mile bike ride, a longer bike route, and a 5k walk. The gathering moves to Westfield and starts from Grand Junction Brewery at 1189 East 181st Street, Westfield, IN 46074.
Registration information is provided for 2026: registration opens on March 15 and closes on June 30, with a registration fee of $35. Participants who register before July 10, 2026 will receive a free t-shirt.
Nine13sports is a nonprofit serving the Indianapolis area that runs youth-focused bicycling programs for K-12 students. Its programs aim to improve health and wellness, teach safe riding skills, foster teamwork and mutual respect, and provide hands-on activities that apply STEM principles through bicycling.
