TotalEnergies Media Maratón ciudad de Málaga
The TotalEnergies Media Maratón ciudad de Málaga is a half marathon race held in the city of Málaga. Organized by Málaga Sport AD and Sport Life Ibérica in collaboration with the City Council of Málaga, the event features a course of 21.097 km. The circuit is officially certified by the RFEA and World Athletics.
The race starts and finishes at the Paseo del Parque. The course is designed for a maximum completion time of 3 hours, after which the finish line closes. Registration is open to both federated and non-federated runners who are at least 18 years old on the day of the event. A total of 14,000 bib numbers are available.
Participants are organized into various start corrals based on their verified personal records from the last two years in certified races. These corrals include elite, sub 1h15, sub 1h30, sub 1h45, sub 2h, and over 2h categories. To assist runners, the organization provides pacemakers for times including 1h25, 1h30, 1h40, 1h50, and 2h00.
