Meals on Main Street 5K and Fun Run : Port Chester
Meals on Main Street stages a community road race in downtown Port Chester on Sunday, October 18, 2026, with the course starting from Colony Grill and following Main Street past the organization’s building at 509 North Main Street. The event includes a main 5K, a 1.5 mile Fun Run, and a kids 100 yard dash for ages 6 and under.
Last year more than 600 participants registered. The event features a post-race celebration with live music, food and drink options, pizza from Colony Grill, Neri’s Bakery, Bona Bona Ice Cream and activities for children; beer is available with an included ticket for those 21 and older.
Proceeds support Meals on Main Street’s meal programs, with funds directed toward providing over 200,000 meals during the upcoming holiday season. The organization is a registered 501(c)(3) and relies on donor support.
Packet pick-up is available on the days before and on the event day at Colony Grill and at the Meals on Main Street location on North Main Street. Entry fees vary by age category; children age 3 and under are free, students age 18 and under have a reduced fee, and adults pay a higher fee with a higher rate listed for race day.
