Categories, prizes and services
The event has separate Open and Emirati categories for male and female competitors. Cash prizes are awarded for overall positions in both distances. For the 24 km overall the top three prizes are 2000, 1000 and 600 (currency as listed). For the 10 km overall the top three prizes are 1500, 700 and 500 (currency as listed). Included for participants are a certificate, live results, a medal, photo service or downloads, refreshments, timing and a T-shirt.
