Marwell 10K 2026
The Marwell 10K takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026 at Marwell Wildlife, Thompsons Lane, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 1JH. The event is sold out and the waiting list is closed.
This is a road race of approximately 10 km that starts and finishes within Marwell Zoo. The undulating course leaves the zoo, includes a climb into Owslebury village, runs through surrounding countryside and returns via a loop through the zoo. The race is held under UK Athletics rules and race numbers include a chip timing strip on the back.
The event supports Marwell Wildlife’s Amur tiger conservation work in Bhutan and is organised in partnership with local running groups and community organisations. All finishers receive a commemorative tiger themed medal; runners may opt to purchase an Amur tiger themed technical t-shirt for £6 in sizes XS to XXL. Entry fees were listed as £32.00/£34.00 with a £1.75 booking fee.
Venue facilities include refreshments, information, toilets, bag storage, free car parking, pre and post race massage, and t-shirt collection. Runners must be aged 15 or over on the day. Entries closed on Sunday 13 September 2026 or earlier if the limit was reached.
