The Lahntallauf is a traditional running event organized by the Ultra Sport Club Marburg, celebrating over 30 years of history. This event features a flat 10-kilometer loop course, ideal for runners to test their form at the end of winter. Participants can choose from five distances: 10 km, half marathon, 30 km, marathon, and ultramarathon (50 km).
The start and finish lines are located near the Lahn meadows, close to the Georg-Gaßmann-Stadion. All finishers receive a medal, and there are opportunities for early race completion with shorter distance recognition. The event promotes inclusivity, requiring no club affiliation for participation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
