About the race
The XXXI Maratona Città di Palermo is organized by ASD Media@ and takes place in Palermo on 15 November 2026. The event is included in the national FIDAL calendar with bronze label and comprises a full marathon, a half marathon and a team relay. Participation is regulated according to FIDAL rules. Eligible entrants include athletes registered with FIDAL clubs, athletes registered with foreign federations affiliated to World Athletics, holders of RUNCARD or RUNCARD‑EPS (from age 20), and non‑competitive foreign participants under specific conditions.
All competitive entrants must present a valid medical certificate stating fitness for athletics practice. Noncompetitive entries are listed separately and do not access prize money. Registrations are accepted only via the ENDU platform and must be completed by 15 October 2026. The fee schedule varies by registration period and ranges from €25 to €50 for the marathon, €20 to €45 for the half marathon, and €60 to €80 for the 4×10.5 km relay.
Entry fees are nonrefundable; transfers to another person or to the next edition are possible subject to rules and a €7 administrative charge. Included services: technical and medical assistance, insurance, official shirt, race bib, on‑course refreshments, finish food pack, baggage deposit, MyLaps transponder timing, finish medal and awards. Time limits are 5h30 for the marathon and 2h50 for the half marathon. The route is closed to traffic where possible and medical support is provided throughout.
