The Media Maratón Internacional Santa Cruz de Tenerife is an established athletic event held in the capital of Tenerife. The event offers participants the choice between two distinct distances:

The race activities are spread across several days in November. Bib number collection takes place on the Friday and Saturday preceding the race at the Nivaria Center, located on Avenida Tres de Mayo. It is important to note that there is no bib collection on the day of the race itself. If a participant cannot attend in person, they may authorize another person to collect their materials by providing a signed authorization form.
On the day of the event, organizers provide a wardrobe service for participants to store their bags. Both race distances utilize a corral system for the start, with specific closing times for access to these areas. Participants who do not enter the corrals before they close are disqualified. Following the completion of the races, a trophy ceremony is held in the post-finish area for various categories, alongside the main awards ceremony on the central stage.
