Maratón Internacional Elche-Alicante 2026
The Maratón Internacional Elche-Alicante is a long-distance running event organized by Club Atlético Montemar in collaboration with the City Councils of Alicante and Elche. The race features a standard marathon distance of 42.195 km on a point-to-point course. The circuit is officially homologated by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA).

The race begins in Elche at Calle Diagonal del Palau, situated next to the Altamira Palace. The route concludes at the Port of Alicante, specifically at Muelle 12.
The organizers provide several services for participants. A cloakroom service is available, with luggage trucks located at the Candalix Parking in Elche before the start and at the finish line area in the Port of Alicante (Paseo del Puerto Viejo). This service must be booked during the registration process. Transport via buses is also offered for a fee of 4€, facilitating travel between the two cities on the morning of the race and after the finish.
A Runner's Fair is held leading up to the event at the Paseo de la Estación in Elche. Participants can collect their bib numbers here during the two days preceding the race.
