Maratón Internacional Elche-Alicante
The Maratón Internacional Elche-Alicante connects two major cities on Spain's Costa Blanca. Organized by Club Atlético Montemar in collaboration with the city councils of Alicante and Elche, this road race features an official course measuring 42.195 km. The circuit is officially certified by the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation (RFEA).
The event starts in Elche at Calle Diagonal del Palau, located next to the Altamira Palace. Runners follow a route that covers the distance between the two municipalities, eventually reaching the finish line at Muelle 12 in the Port of Alicante.

The organization provides several services for participants. A runner's fair is held over two days at the Paseo de la Estación in Elche for bib collection. On the day of the race, luggage transport is available, with drop-off at the Candalix Parking in Elche and pick-up near the finish line at the Port of Alicante. Additionally, a shuttle bus service operates between the cities to transport runners to the start line or back to Elche after the race. These specific services, including the wardrobe and transport, must be contracted during the registration process. Showers are also available for participants.
