Maraton Dębno : 52nd edition, 18 October 2026
Maraton Dębno is planned for 18 October 2026 in Dębno and is presented as the oldest marathon in Poland. The event is a certified race of 42.195 km run on four laps: two loops on the Dębno‑Dargomyśl‑Cychry‑Dębno route and two laps through streets of Dębno. The course has a PZLA attestation and electronic timing with measurement points every 5 km.
The surface is mostly asphalt (98%) with short sections of cobblestone (2%). Feeding stations offering water, isotonic drink, fruit and sugar are located at the following kilometres: 2, 6, 11, 15, 20, 23.5, 29, 33, 38 and 40.5. Additional refreshment points with water appear at kilometres 9, 13, 17, 27, 31 and 35. Portable toilets will be available near each station. Personal nutrition points are not allowed.
Organiser information and race office details are set by the Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji in Dębno. Participation requires reaching 18 years of age by the race date and verification in the race office or use of the paid start package shipping option, which is available only within Poland. The event limits entries to 2,500 participants. The race imposes a maximum finish time of 6 hours; runners exceeding this limit must leave the course.
The programme includes national championship classifications: 21st Polish Police Championships, 11th Firefighters, 11th Teachers and the 19th City and Gmina Dębno championships.
