Marató BP Castelló
Marató BP Castelló is presented in the same event programme as the 10K Facsa Castelló and figures on the World Athletics Race Label calendar. The race takes place in Castellón de la Plana and is organised in collaboration with C.A. Running Castelló, the Ajuntament de Castelló and the Patronat d'Esports Castelló, with institutional support and sponsors that include bp and Facsa.
Logistics and services are coordinated with the 10K event. The runner kit distribution for the associated events is handled at the Feria del Corredor in Sala El Grau; collection days are scheduled on 12 and 13 February 2027. A joint volunteer programme covers Marató BP Castelló and the 10K; volunteers are recruited via the organiser's application process.
The marathon is recognised by World Athletics and managed under the regulations of World Athletics and the RFEA. Race operations follow standard competition procedures such as route marking, control points and medical coverage as required by those regulations. The event also integrates official accreditation and timekeeping systems and applies rules on eligibility, transfers and liability as established by the organisers and relevant athletics authorities.
