Marathon International de Biarritz - Pays Basque
The Marathon International de Biarritz - Pays Basque takes place on 24 & 25 April 2027 and is coordinated by ExtraSports. The event groups seven distinct races across Biarritz and the surrounding Pays Basque territory, with routes that include seaside sections, town streets and rural passages.

The full marathon follows a course through oceanfront areas, villages and other local points of interest. The marathon relais splits the distance between teams of three, each running a different section through town, countryside and coast. The semi-marathon runs inside Biarritz with a seafront passage. The 14 km route also passes the front of the sea. The 5 km Matmut event supports a charitable partner, Premiers de Cordée, to help children in hospital or with disabilities access physical activity. Kid formats run on the track at Stade Aguilera and are supervised.
