Malibu Moves 2026
The Malibu Moves running and walking event takes place at Zuma Beach in Malibu, California, on October 24 and 25, 2026. This event features courses set entirely or primarily along the Pacific Coast Highway, providing participants with views of the California coastline. The event is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, including walkers and runners.
The following distances are available:
- Half Marathon: A course that starts and ends at Zuma Beach, following the Pacific Coast Highway.
- 10K: A breathtaking out-and-back course along the Pacific Coast Highway.
- 5K: A scenic out-and-back route situated 100% on the Pacific Coast Highway.
- 1-Mi Zuma Dash: A short distance open to all ages and abilities.
- 1K Kids Run: A beachside course designed for children ages 4 to 11.
The Coastal Quest Challenge is a multi-day option for participants who complete the 1-Mile Zuma Dash on Saturday and any distance (5K, 10K, or Half Marathon) on Sunday. Participants in this challenge receive additional items, including a third medal and access to a beer garden.
