Riverboat Series - Winnsboro
The Riverboat Series runs Monday April 12 through Sunday April 18, 2027 and visits seven states: Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, and Illinois. The Winnsboro event is Day 1 of the series and takes place at Civitan Park, 4198 Front Street, Winnsboro LA (GPS N 32.15511, W 91.71060).

Packet pickup is available before the series in Winnsboro and on each race day at that day’s location. Registration options include online, mail-in, pre-series packet pickup, or race day registration; entry fees are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another participant.
Course details for Winnsboro: a narrow smooth asphalt path with moderate shade, estimated elevation gain about 32 feet per lap, and a tentative marathon lap count of 16. Other series stops list varied surfaces and scenery, from mostly crushed rock on the Tunnel Hill Trail to wide well-shaded asphalt in Meeman-Shelby Forest.
The event provides a single large aid station with a wide variety of food and drink, including fruit, jelly beans, sandwiches, water, sports drink, hot coffee, and a mobile kitchen named Loony Lunchbox. Medals and shirts are awarded for each completed state race; completing all seven days earns a Series Finisher Medal. There is no time limit for marathon or shorter distances; the 50K has a 9 hour 30 minute limit and the final day of the series has a 10 hour limit. Pets are not allowed; strollers are permitted.
