Mahers Hill - Riverina Trail Running Series
The Mahers Hill course begins on a smooth rail trail that passes through farmland before turning onto a winding ascent to the summit. The longer route continues deeper into the hills and then rejoins the shorter line before descending. The route provides views of Lake Hume and includes a fast, steep descent that is notable within the series.
Distances for the event:
- Flip Insurance Long Course: 17.3 km | Elevation gain ±760 m
- Adventure Gear Short Course: 8.7 km | Elevation gain ±325 m
The event is held at Ludlows Reserve, Ebden on July 19, 2026. There is ample parking in the carpark. Coffee and pastries are available at the start and finish area; organisers request bringing a keep cup. An aid station is located at 10 km and will supply water, fruit, and lollies.
