Magersfontein 25km Race : 5 December 2026
The event is staged by Kimberley Harriers at Magersfontein Museum near Kimberley, Northern Cape. It features two distances and includes museum entry with each race entry.

Entry details and fees include an entry fee for the 25 km and 10 km races, and a temporary license option. Online entries close on 2 December 2026; manual entries and late-entry administration fees apply. Online ticket serves as proof of registration. A limited number of complimentary race t-shirts are available for early online entries; additional race t-shirts are sold.
Race rules and services: medals are awarded to all finishers; prize money is offered for open and category winners and for first walkers. License and visible age or walker tags are required. Cut-off times apply for each distance. Water points are provided approximately every 3 km, with a main water point at the Crown and Royal Hotel in Modder River. The route follows gravel roads from the main gate to Modder River and returns, finishing at the Magersfontein Ridge by the museum, crossing the historical battlefield. Parking is provided at the start with a shuttle returning runners to the museum. Food and drinks will be available at the museum. No refund policy applies. Earphones are not allowed.
