MadTown Bike Jam
MadTown Bike Jam is a full weekend of racing, riding, running, and live activity in Madison, South Dakota, at 315 Egan Ave S. The event is presented by Madison Regional Health System and serves as a fundraiser for an ongoing downtown beautification project.
New running events for 2027 are scheduled on Saturday, May 29, followed by gravel cycling on Sunday. The running program includes a 10K and a mile event.
Bike distances offered include:
- 100ish miles - The Headliner. Portion of the $10,000 prize purse.
- 60ish miles - The Jam Session.
- 25ish miles - The Soundcheck.
Run distances offered include:
- 10K - The Run Jam.
- 1 mile - The Solo.
A Duet option pairs one run distance with one bike distance at a reduced combined entry rate. The event emphasizes a weekend format with running on Saturday and gravel riding on Sunday, and includes a total prize purse of $10,000 shared among bike event competitors.
