The 43rd Madelicourons, powered by CTMA, takes place on 13 September 2026 at the Centre multisport Desjardins in L'Étang-du-Nord, Quebec. It is a road running event presented in a family atmosphere and organized around the historic La Grave site.
The course follows a panoramic road near Bassin and runs along Martinique Beach, combining coastal sections and historic site passages.
