Lusk 4 Mile 2027
Lusk AC hosts a chip timed, Athletics Ireland permitted road race with a 4 mile course through the streets and roads of Lusk. The route passes through Lusk village twice, offering frequent spectator access and clear wayfinding for competitors.
The event notes that the permit is pending approval. The course is presented as suitable for athletes targeting a fast time and for first time participants testing the 4 mile distance. Organisers describe the setting as friendly and safe, with an emphasis on a community atmosphere that supports walking or running as part of new fitness activity.
A juvenile program named the Thomas Ashe Dash runs alongside the main event and includes medals for participants. Distances listed for juveniles are:
- U8 400 m
- U12 800 m
- U16 1 mile
Location is Lusk, County Dublin. Contact is provided via the organising club Lusk AC. The presentation distinguishes the main chip timed 4 mile road race from the shorter juvenile events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
