About the race
La Vénète is a Nordic walking event within L'Ultra Marin that covers 29 km along the Golfe du Morbihan coast. The course starts in Séné and follows coastal tracks including the Pointe du Bill and Port-Anna before reaching the commune of Vannes by the Marle river and the port.
The route has about 150 m D+ and a maximum allowed time of 6 hours. The course is presented as one of the longest Nordic walks in France. Practical details such as bib collection and exact timings are announced later.
The event is part of the multi-day L'Ultra Marin festival which proposes several races around the Golfe du Morbihan.
