Love On The Run 5k & 1 Mile
Love On The Run takes place on February 14, 2026, at the Mission Hike & Bike Trails in Mission, TX. The event coincides with the one-year anniversary of Puro956Racing and includes on-site amenities and community-focused activities.

Registration fees are listed for the 5k and the 1 mile, and a virtual 5k option is available. Shirt orders require a deadline of January 30; sizes requested after that date are available only while supplies last. Packet pickup is at Valley Running, 1701 Dove Ave W J, McAllen, TX 78504, on Friday February 13 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.
What participants can expect includes chip timing and live results for the 5k only, finisher medals for both the 5k and the 1 mile, race shirts as noted, breakfast tacos, a hydration bar and fresh fruit, DJ music, free race photos, an inflatable arch at the start finish, a Valentine themed photo wall, local vendor booths, and a break dance show opener.
