Lost Sheep 2026
The Lost Sheep is a Middle Distance Triathlon organized by the Cork Triathlon Club. The event is scheduled for Saturday, 29 August 2026, in Kenmare, Ireland. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over as of 31 December 2026.
Registration for the event follows a phased entry process. The first phase of entries opens on 25 March 2026, followed by a second phase on 8 April 2026. There is no registration available on the day of the race itself; all participants must register on the Friday night before the event. Please note that entries are non-refundable, though a transfer system is available. Participants can transfer their entry to another person via their online account until 6 August 2026. A waiting list also operates for one month starting from 1 July.
Participants have the option to purchase event merchandise during the online entry process. This merchandise must be collected in person at the registration area on the Friday before the race. In addition to purchased items, registered participants receive event-specific items at registration.
The event organizers utilize marshals to support the race proceedings. Individuals who register as marshals are provided with weekend accommodation, a snack bag on the day of the event, and dinner on Saturday evening.
