Event Overview
The Loon Lake Run/Walk takes place in Columbia City, Indiana. This event features a single distance for participants to complete:

The course follows a counterclockwise route around the perimeter of Loon Lake. Participants encounter a terrain that includes a few hills and multiple scenic views of the water. A water station is positioned at the halfway point of the course to provide hydration.
Event Logistics
The race utilizes RFID chip timing to record participant results, which are later published online. For the safety of all attendees, the organizer prohibits the use of dogs, bicycles, or skates on the course. Strollers are permitted, but those pushing them are required to start at the back of the group.
The event is organized by a non profit association, and the proceeds or donations are used for the maintenance and preservation of the Loon Lake community.
