Longmire Days 5K and Fun Run
Longmire Days events take place on July 17, 2026, at Prosinski Park, 1 S. Burritt Avenue, Buffalo, Wyoming. The program includes an in-person 5K race, a one mile fun run/walk, and a virtual 5K option.

In-person participants of the 5K and the one mile fun run/walk receive a finisher's medal, a T shirt, and a free Rainier beer. Alcohol distribution follows an age requirement of 21 or older. Virtual participants receive a virtual race badge for online use.
Children aged 12 and under may participate free with a paying adult; those children will not receive a race bib or the participant items provided to paying entrants. Race packet pickup is available at the start line on the day of the event. On-site, same-day registration is offered the morning of the event for an additional fee.
Registration details and fees from the organizer: the 5K opens April 20, 2026 and closes June 18, 2026 with a fee of $50. The one mile fun run/walk opens April 6, 2026 and closes June 18, 2026 with a fee of $50. The virtual 5K opens April 6, 2026 and closes July 18, 2026 with a fee of $45. Registrations received after June 18, 2026 are not guaranteed a T shirt; same-day registrations are not guaranteed a shirt or a medal.
