London 100
London 100 is an urban ultramarathon based in central London that offers multiple challenge distances. The event is organised around an indoor Central London Run HQ and features routes that showcase more than 100 of the capital's landmarks and sights.
The event includes three main distance options:
- 100km ultramarathon
- 50km ultramarathon
- 25km EAST route
- 25km WEST route
The course structure uses four 25km route sections that explore north, south, east and west areas of London. Checkpoints are positioned at the start and at the middle of each 25km section; these are stocked with water, snacks and fruit. Support on the route is described as accessible and designed to make arrival and departure easier for many participants and their supporters.
There are time limits for completing each distance. The event records fastest finishers and publishes a Top 100 list; medals are part of the event recognition. Organisers provide training resources and blogs, a 100km training plan, and information about travel, accommodation and charity running. Volunteer roles are available to support event operations.
