London 100
London 100 is an urban ultramarathon that starts and finishes in central London. The route passes through and around central areas and includes more than 100 of the capital's landmarks and sights. The event offers multiple distance options to suit longer and shorter ultra distances.

- 100 km ultramarathon
- 50 km ultramarathon
- 25 km event
The course is an open road event using trails, towpaths, pavements and footpaths in and around London. Participants will need to cross roads at pedestrian crossings and should take care with other pavement users. The event enforces cut off times; entrants may have up to 17 hours to complete the course, calculated from the estimated completion time provided at registration. All entrants must be 18 or over on the day of the event.
Half price charity entries are offered with a fundraising request for the charity Aspire and require sharing of entrant contact details with that charity; fundraising targets and contact sharing depend on the chosen distance. Volunteer tickets are available for a period before the run, during which volunteers assist with race pack distribution and bag drop.
