Liberty Station Relay and 5K
The Liberty Station Relay & 5K takes place on July 4, 2026 at NTC Park in Liberty Station, San Diego. The event offers both solo and team relay entries and follows park paths and waterfront stretches near historic naval architecture.
Distances and entry formats:
- Solo 5K
- Half Marathon, five laps
- Marathon, ten laps
- Half Marathon and Marathon relays for teams of 2 to 5
The course surfaces are approximately 95% pavement and 5% trail and wind through wide open park paths with waterfront views. The event provides a team tailgate area, overall and age group awards, and timing with chip timing. Registered entries receive a T-shirt and a medal.
Packet pickup is available at two pre race locations on the days before the event: Milestone Running at 2545 El Cajon Blvd and Stone Brewing at 2816 Historic Decatur Rd. Packet pickup before race day is optional and someone else may pick up a packet on a participant's behalf.
