LGN Property Industry 5KM

The LGN Property Industry 5km is the eighth annual team run organised by LGN Wellbeing. It takes place on Thursday 3 September 2026 in Regent's Park, London, and is sponsored by JLL. The event is presented as a property sector sporting event that aims to promote health and wellness and to bring industry partners together in a Royal Park setting.

The course is a flat and fast 5 km with chip timing. Facilities on site include bag drop, changing rooms, showers and toilets. The team competition is scored from the times of the first five fastest women and the first five fastest men in each team; all competitors are included in the individual results. Companies may enter any number of runners and composite teams made up of runners from more than one company are permitted provided all runners are from the property industry.
