Les Foulées du Plateau
The "Foulées du Plateau" is a running event that will take place on October 13, 2024, in Lannemezan, at the Demi-Lune Park and the Hospital Center. Organized in collaboration with the CHL and the ARS, this race aims to raise awareness about mental health, with the theme "In Motion for Our Mental Health." Participants can choose between three routes: a timed 10 km, an untimed 5 km, and a 5 km walk. Information booths on mental health will also be present, encouraging exchanges with professionals.
