Les Flambeaux
The "Course des Flambeaux" is a running race organized in Montfort l’Amaury, offering two routes of 10 km and 18 km. Participants start from the market square and return to the same point. The 10 km route has a positive elevation gain of 300 meters, while the 18 km route has an elevation gain of 450 meters.
