Lemming Swim & Run

Lemming Swim & Run is an exciting sports event organized by Karlsruher Lemminge e.V., taking place at Sonnenbad in Karlsruhe. Participants can choose between two competition formats: a short distance featuring 400 meters of swimming followed by a 2,500-meter run, and a long distance with 1,000 meters of swimming and a 7,500-meter run. The swimming segment occurs in a 50-meter pool, while the running course is set around the scenic area surrounding the Sonnenbad.
