Event overview
Semaphore Coastal Running Festival 2026 takes place on 22 February 2026 in Semaphore South, South Australia. The event is in its 11th consecutive year and was the first event on the coastalfunruns calendar. The course for this event is the Semaphore Spartan AIMS measured 10.55 km loop course. Check-in and bib allocation is provided on race day; bibs are not mailed. An event email with full details is sent to registered participants in the week before the event. Registration closes at noon three days before the event date, unless extended. Part proceeds support the Australian Cancer Research Foundation.

All participants receive a race bib and a finisher medal for every distance. An "11" theme applies and male and female trophies are awarded. First place medals are awarded to male and female winners in the 15 km distance.
Virtual run details
Virtual entries must be completed on the actual event day at a location chosen by the participant. Virtual entries include a race bib and finisher medal that require collection, as items are not posted. Participants must record their run showing elapsed or total time and submit the run link or a screenshot to be included in online results. Virtual entries have no cut-off time.
