Le Lion - Belfort

The Lion of Belfort is an iconic running race that takes place every year in September. The event features several races, including an international half-marathon, a 10 km, and a 5 km charity run. The course connects Belfort to Montbéliard, offering participants the opportunity to beat their personal records.

In addition to the races, cultural and Nordic walks are organized, highlighting local historical figures. The 2023 edition attracted 5,000 participants and over 20,000 spectators, and the 2024 edition promises a festive atmosphere with musical entertainment along the route.
