The Laval Urban Trail is an approximately 11 km urban night trail with a positive elevation gain of 290 meters, conducted in self-sufficiency. Open to runners born in 2008 or earlier, the event requires a valid medical certificate or a running license. Participants can register online or by mail, with a personalized race bib for those registered before October 1st.
One euro per runner is donated to local causes, and each runner receives a gourmet gift. The race limits the number of participants to 1500 and encourages bringing a cup for refreshments. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
