About the race
L'Arche Antigonish 11th Annual Fun Walk & Run is scheduled for September 27, 2026, at Columbus Field on Main Street in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The event is a community 5 km walk and run that begins and ends at Columbus Field and includes one lap around the field. The course follows Main Street to Church Street, crosses at the intersection of Church Street and St. Ninian's, continues along Church Street to Founders Walk, proceeds to the end of Founders Walk, and then returns to Columbus Field for the finish. Registration options include online entry (online registration closes September 26, 2026) and on-site day-of registration at Columbus Field.
Fees are listed by category: Adult entry is CA$30 and U16 entry is CA$20. Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque, and e-transfer. T-shirt orders must be placed by September 9, 2026. The event program also includes a Kinsmen BBQ following the walk and run, and raffle tickets will be available for a L'Arche Gift Basket with cash sales accepted.
