LAPD Foothill Fitness Run
The LAPD Foothill Fitness Run takes place on 08/16/2026 at the Hansen Dam Aquatic Center in Lake View Terrace, California. The event combines running races with a resource fair focused on local youth programs.
Distances offered:
- 5K (3.1 Miles)
- 10K (6.2 Miles)
- 1K (0.62 Miles) kids fun run/walk
The resource fair highlights programs from the Foothill Station, including the LAPD Jr. Cadet Program, LAPD Cadet Program, Foothill Jeopardy and other enrichment programs. The course is multi-surface and includes both cement and trail running.
Entry fees for the 5K and 1K are listed as Students/Cadets $25 and Adults $30. Registration will be available on the day of the run. Early packet pick-up is scheduled for August 14 and August 15 at Pacoima City Hall in Pacoima, California.
The first 1000 participants will receive a medal and a T-shirt. All proceeds benefit Foothill's youth programs. Western attire is welcome at the event. Checks are requested to be made payable to the Los Angeles Police Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
