Lambfoot Loop 10k
The Lambfoot Loop is a road running event held in Cockermouth, Great Britain. The race covers a distance of 10 km on a course that has been accurately measured and certified. Participants begin and end the run at Cockermouth School.
The event utilizes chip timing technology to provide live results for all participants. Due to the nature of the course and the race environment, the route is not suitable for wheelchairs. Following United Kingdom Athletics (UKA) rules, the use of earphones is prohibited because the race takes place on open roads.
Registration for the event takes place at Cockermouth School. While online registration is available until a few days before the race, entries may be accepted on the day of the event if the capacity has not been reached, subject to an additional fee.
Limited parking is available on-site at the school. Organizers encourage local participants to walk or cycle, and others to car share. Additional parking options are available on nearby public roads. The current course records for the event are held by Scott Nutter (31:48) and Caroline Lambert (37:24). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
