Lambfoot Loop 10k
The Lambfoot Loop is an accurately measured and certified 10 km road race held in Cockermouth, with start and finish at Cockermouth School. The event is organised by Derwent AC and sponsored by Goodfellows Tyres. The race will be fully chip timed and live results will be published.
Registration for the event opens 31 January 2026. The published entry fee is £12.00 plus applicable fees and, if the event has not sold out, entries may be available on the night with an additional charge of £3.00.
The course is on open roads and is not suitable for wheelchairs. Under UKA rules the use of earphones is banned on open roads. Parking at Cockermouth School is limited; alternative parking is available on nearby roads. Participants are asked to consider car sharing or walking and to avoid blocking access for local residents.
Recorded course best times are 00:31:48 for men (2023) and 37:24 for women (2024). The organiser provides chip timing and posts official results after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
