About the race
Lahinch HYROX Simulation II and the new Half-Rox take place at Lahinch Leisure Centre on Saturday, October 10th, 2026. The event offers full HYROX Simulation and a shorter Half-Rox format, each with Singles and Doubles divisions. Entries are strictly limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
All categories are chip timed for split tracking and official rankings. The full HYROX Simulation follows a format where each station is preceded by a 1 km run. Stations include: - 1000 m Ski - 50 m Sled Push - 50 m Sled Pull - 80 m Burpee Broad Jumps - 1000 m Row - 200 m Farmers Carry - 100 m Sandbag Lunges - 100 Wall Balls The Half-Rox uses the same station sequence with 500 m runs before each station and is offered in Singles and Doubles to provide a shorter race experience with the same station work. Event operations include professional heat management, clear briefings, lane judges, standardized equipment, and marked zones. The event is presented as a preparatory and benchmarking opportunity for athletes targeting official HYROX races, as well as a test environment for first-time participants and training partners working together in Doubles.
