Labor Day Half Marathon
The Labor Day Half Marathon is scheduled for Monday, September 7, 2026, at Salisbury Park in Parker, Colorado. The event offers three distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
The course is an out-and-back route that runs through Salisbury Park and along the Cherry Creek Trail. The entire route is paved. Aid stations are positioned along each course and provide water and Gatorade; the half marathon turnaround station also provides gels.
There are restrooms on the course including one permanent facility and multiple portable units. Runners in the half marathon will pass restroom locations twice; approximate mileage points are provided for each distance. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates and similar wheeled devices are not allowed in the races. Dogs may run if kept on a non-retractable leash six feet or shorter. Strollers are permitted. Headphones are discouraged so runners can hear others approaching.
Registration includes a race logo shirt, a finisher medal, finish-line food tables and an on-site expo, fully stocked aid stations, professional chip timing with a disposable bib tag, and free photo downloads after the event. Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners in each race and to the top three finishers in each age group; age-group categories extend up to 80 and over. A virtual race option is available; virtual packets include a shirt, medal and bib that are shipped at no charge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
