Event overview
The Labor Day Half Marathon is scheduled for Monday, September 7, 2026, at Salisbury Park in Parker, Colorado. The event includes the following distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- Virtual race
All entries include a race logo shirt, a finisher medal, finish line food, fully stocked aid stations, professional chip timing with a disposable bib tag, and free photo downloads.
Course and logistics
All distances use an out-and-back course that travels through Salisbury Park and onto the Cherry Creek Trail. The entire course is paved. Aid stations will provide water and Gatorade at multiple mile points; gels are available at the half marathon turnaround. There are three restroom locations on course, including one permanent restroom and two port-a-johns; these units are passed multiple times in the half marathon.
Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates and similar wheeled devices are not allowed in the race. Dogs are permitted but must be on a non-retractable leash of six feet or less. Strollers are allowed.
Pre-race packet pickup is on Sunday, September 6, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Runners Roost Lone Tree, 9994 Commons Street, Suite 230, Lone Tree, CO 80124. Race day packet pickup is available at the race site and closes at the start of the last race.
Registration and awards
Registration fees vary by date; participants aged 17 and under receive a $5 discount. A virtual option is offered; virtual packets include a shirt, medal and bib and are shipped at no additional charge. Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners of each race and to the top three finishers in each age group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
