The event features a variety of activities spread across multiple days in early October. The main road running event is a 5 km race exclusively for women. Additional activities include walking, cycling, and water sports. The event village is located at Place Kléber.
Participants can choose from the following disciplines and distances:
- 5 km road race (women only, individual, duo, or solidarity team)
- 5 km walk (individual, duo, or solidarity team)
- 6 km Nordic walk
- 27 km cycling
- 40 km cycling
- Canoeing (1.5-hour or 3-hour sessions)
The road races require a valid FFA license or a Health Prevention Pass (PPS). Participation is open to those born in 2013 and before for most land-based events, and 2018 and before for canoeing. Registration fees vary depending on the chosen activity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
