La Sénartaise is a solidarity running and walking event organized by Grand Paris Sud since 2012. This 6 km race is exclusively for women, with 50% of the registration fees donated to the Seine-et-Marne committee of the Ligue contre le cancer. The event aims to raise funds for cancer research, patient support, and awareness campaigns.
In the previous edition, participants raised €35,000 to support these initiatives. The next edition is set to take place in June 2025, with registration opening in February 2025.
