La Ri Boue L'Dingue is an exciting running event featuring a challenging course with 25 obstacles set in both rural and urban environments. Participants can tackle the course individually or in teams, focusing on personal challenges rather than competition, as there are no timers. This year introduces new obstacles and a dedicated coach for warm-ups.

Costumes are encouraged to enhance the fun atmosphere. The event promotes teamwork and mental strength, with a commitment to starting and finishing together.
