La Nuit : Summer Night Run, Cedar Ridge Preserve, Dallas TX

La Nuit is a night trail running event at Cedar Ridge Preserve in Dallas, Texas on July 24-25, 2026. The event offers multiple fixed-distance races and timed multi‑hour events on a measured loop course that repeats for timed races.

Distances include:

  • 1 Mile
  • 5k
  • 10k
  • 3 hour
  • 6 hour
  • 9 hour
  • 9 hour relay (2-3 people)

The course is a 3.2 mile loop measured with a professional wheel. Trail surfaces vary: gravel, mulch, dirt, small wooden bridges, roots, and natural rock or log steps. The route features elevation changes and some technical sections but no required climbing. Trails are clearly marked. Conditions can be muddy after rain; most sections use mulch to reduce mud.

The event is chip timed. Hour races require headlamps or flashlights and extra batteries. Aid is available at the start/finish area with water, sports drink, snacks, and basic first aid. Restrooms are in a building near the start/finish. Packet pick up is available at The Runner in Arlington on July 22 and 23 and at the race site.

Finishers medals and age category awards are given across distances and timed races. Proceeds support Equip Disciples ministries and Cedar Ridge Preserve. Entry fees are non refundable and entries may be transferred under the stated rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
